The outplacement service supports the person who is leaving – and at the same time the organisation – in transition situations.

Our complete service includes both personal training and activation efforts for the trainee.

The person leaving has the chance to process the transition situation together with our experienced trainer. Together they will map all the person’s know-how, accomplishments, and goals. Each individual will, during the training, undergo tailored psychometric tests that enable us to chart the individual’s work personality strengths, competences, and abilities. After taking control of the situation at the personal level, we move on to applying for jobs and to providing multi-level support during the whole process.
